Feriancová, Petra: Rescue of Original Museum Exhibits.

Association for Rescue of Original Museum Exhibitions. The aim of the Association is to preserve and protect the original way of organizing museum collections, which we understand as a unique and closed whole, testifying to not only the way of the museological practice of its time, but also its relationship to history and science in relation to the knowledge and information of that time. We consider it to be counterproductive and destructive to transform and update older exhibitions, especially in natural and ethnographic museums, because the value of the original exhibitions is not in the recycling of individual exhibits, but in the preservation of their original integrity, manipulation and architecture, the importance of which is important today precisely because museums that revitalize their exhibitions, thus destroying the original ones, lose the reason to be.
